Are the covers compatible with all Pethijos bed sizes?

Yes. Each cover is designed to perfectly fit the corresponding Pethijos bed size (S, M, or L). Please make sure to select the same size as your current bed.
What materials are the covers made of?

They are made with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified textiles, free of toxins and safe for skin contact. They incorporate YKK zippers to guarantee durability and resistance to daily use.
Is the case waterproof?

The cover is designed with a soft, breathable fabric for maximum comfort and style. All Pethijos beds include an inner waterproof liner (white) that protects the mattress base and sides from moisture or accidents. This way, you enjoy an aesthetic and comfortable cover, with the peace of mind of total protection inside.
Can I return the case if the size isn't right?

You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return it, provided it is in its original packaging and unused. Review our Exchange and Return Policy
How much is shipping and how long does it take to arrive?

We prepare your order within a maximum of 24 business hours. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Shipping to mainland Spain and Portugal is free and takes a maximum of 4-5 business days. To check shipping times to other countries, please refer to ourShipping Policy
What kind of warranty does it have?

12 months for manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear from use or damage caused by rough use (bites, scratches, gnawing, or digging).

How do I wash it? Can I machine wash it?

The cover can be machine washed at 30 °C with mild detergent. The foam should never get wet, as the waterproof inner lining protects it. Air dry and it's ready.
Can the cover withstand a scratching or very active dog?

The cover is made of heavy-duty fabric and the base is non-slip. It is very resistant to scratches and active use by the dog, but it is not indestructible against intense bites (no cover is). If your dog tends to chew, write to us and we will advise you on the best option.
