Product Warranty

At Pethijos we offer a 12-month limited commercial warranty against possible manufacturing defects, in addition to a 10-year warranty against abnormal sinking of the viscoelastic foam inside the mattress .

For the purposes of this guarantee, abnormal sagging is considered to be any permanent deformation greater than 3 cm with respect to the original state of the foam, provided that the product has been used in accordance with the instructions for use and care indicated by Pethijos.

This commercial warranty applies only when the defect arises from errors in manufacturing or materials . Pethijos will not assume responsibility for damages caused by improper use of the product , incorrect care , or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

If you notice any defects upon receiving your bed, you can contact us via our customer service email hello@pethijosworld.com so that we can assess the case and, if appropriate, arrange for a product replacement or a suitable solution .

The following are excluded from this commercial guarantee:

• Natural wear and tear resulting from daily use and normal washing of the cover.

• Damage caused by rough or excessive use by pets, such as bites, breaks, burns, tears, intense scratching, stains or damage from liquids or moisture.

• Damage caused when the product is used in commercial or professional contexts (e.g., hotels, residences, veterinary clinics or shops).

• Damage caused by using the cover on a bed other than a Pethijos is not the responsibility of Pethijos . Our covers are designed to fit our beds specifically, and using them on incompatible products may deform them or reduce their lifespan.

This Pethijos commercial guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not replace or limit, the rights you already have as a consumer .
